I will post records in a strong 7" mailer with stiffeners, between 1-4 days after order is made (unless during pre-order, in which case records will be sent on official release date).
I post everything first class, time varies depending on location in the world, but usually expect item after 2 weeks of order.
All Records are sent out in the condition that they arrived to me straight from the pressing plant.

I am afraid items cannot be returned, I send items out brand new, I can't help postal damage or loss.
I will only provide a refund if the circumstances warrant it so please email me if a problem does arise.
